Staying here was a true gem! The spacious suite with a terrace was breathtaking, offering fantastic city views. Enjoying evenings out there was a highlight. The bathroom featured a luxurious rain shower, perfect for unwinding. Plus, the hotel's Salamanca location is ideal for shopping and dining. I can't recommend this beautiful place enough!

A few more elevators would be helpful.

great location but not enough amenities
The breakfast exceeded our expectations! The art deco design of the lounge was impressive, making it a perfect spot to unwind with coffee. The city view from our room added a nice touch to our stay.
We found some of the amenities lacking.

A delightful breakfast surprise
Every morning began with a feast of fresh pastries and delightful coffee. The staff's kindness made each day brighter, and the rain shower was a perfect touch after adventures.
However, the noise from the lobby seeped into my ground-floor room, disrupting sleep. It seems the sound insulation needs a little more attention.

The hotel offers a fantastic location and a charming atmosphere with friendly staff, but the breakfast could use more variety. The room was spacious and well-appointed, yet a strong linen fragrance was a bit overwhelming. Overall, a lovely retreat in Madrid, perfect for exploring the city.

First of all, the breakfast was just. Amazing,, like culinary art. The staff treated us like family, always there with a warm smile
Okay, it wasn't exactly inexpensive,, but honestly I found it to be quite reasonable for what we got.

Art Deco inspired design, luxurious rain showers, accessibility to local culture
Room sizes can be inconsistent, which impacted my comfort!!! Also, the layout of bathrooms was less than ideal. having toilets in tiny separate closets felt quite awkward!!!

Outstanding Service and Cozy Atmosphere
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. the hotel offered a delightful blend of art deco charm and modern comfort. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a variety of fresh fruits and delicious pastries. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Irene, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. The only downside was the limited number of elevators, which sometimes led to a bit of a wait.
